These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of royalty-teamgear.com and all services provided by Royalty Sports Performance Apparel LLC ("Royalty Team Gear," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or using our services — including our SMS program — you agree to these Terms in full.
ACCEPTANCE
OF TERMS
By visiting our website, submitting a form, making a purchase, or opting in to our SMS program, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

HOW TO OPT OUT
OF SMS MESSAGES
You can unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
All opt-out methods:
- Reply STOP — Text the word STOP to any message from us. This is the fastest method. Processed immediately. You will receive one confirmation text and no further marketing messages.
- Email Request — Send "SMS Unsubscribe" to support@royaltyfam.com and include the mobile number you wish to remove. Processed within 1 business day.
Sample Opt-Out Confirmation Message (sent after you reply STOP):

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS/MMS messages sent to and received from your mobile device. These charges are set by your wireless carrier and are beyond our control. Check with your carrier to confirm what rates apply to your plan before opting in.
- SMS Messages: Standard text message rates as defined by your carrier plan.
- MMS Messages: Standard data/picture message rates may apply for multimedia messages.
- Data Usage: Clicking links within messages may use data from your plan.
- International: This program is intended for U.S. phone numbers only. International message and data rates apply if you are outside the United States.
We are not responsible for any carrier charges associated with messages you receive from or send to us.
CARRIER LIABILITY

U.S. wireless carriers — including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others — are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on network availability and carrier infrastructure, which are outside our control.
By opting in to our SMS program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery Is Not Guaranteed: We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered to your device.
- Carrier Filtering: Carriers may filter or block certain messages in accordance with their own policies. This is beyond our control and does not constitute a breach of our obligations.
- Network Conditions: Delivery may be delayed during network congestion, outages, or maintenance.
- No Warranty: Neither Royalty Sports Performance Apparel LLC nor any wireless carrier makes any warranty regarding the timing, accuracy, or availability of SMS messages.
- Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is available on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint/T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Availability may vary on smaller or regional carriers.

SERVICES
& ORDERS
Royalty Team Gear provides custom athletic apparel and team gear. By placing an order you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your team, sizes, and design preferences.
- Pay all applicable fees as quoted and agreed upon during the ordering process.
- Review and approve design mockups before production. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
- Ensure you have rights to any logos, names, or branding submitted for customization.

PROPERTY
