- SMS Delivery Platforms: Licensed A2P 10DLC-registered messaging providers (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio) are used solely to send messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.
- CRM Platform: Your contact info is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage our business relationship with you.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or regulatory process.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, only under terms that protect your data at least as well as this policy.
All service providers who process mobile data are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate security measures and prohibiting unauthorized use of your information.
